If you have a trap set and have any pests that need catching over the holidays and you are going away, make sure you have someone to check the traps daily. An important legal requirement in order to manage the welfare of cats and pests in the cage is to check live capture traps and clear them within 12 hours of sunrise each day. If the trap has a sensor you may check this remotely, but it is still required for you to clear the trap within this time.
